Credits & Rewards

The viewer economy, and how everyone benefits.

Adori has a built-in economy that makes streams feel like living worlds. Viewers spend Credits to interact with your companion in special ways, complete missions for rewards, climb leaderboards for status, and earn XP for everything they do. Creators earn real money from it. And the Aura system makes sure the deepest connections can't be bought.

How the economy works (simply)

  1. Viewers buy Credits on the Adori platform with real money
  2. Viewers spend Credits to interact with your companion in special ways
  3. You earn 80% of all Credit spend on your companion's stream
  4. Adori takes 20% to cover infrastructure and platform development

That's it. 80/20 in your favor. No hidden fees on the revenue side.

Credits

Credits are what viewers spend. They're purchased with real money and used within streams for premium interactions.

What viewers can do with Credits:

  • Priority messages: Your message gets highlighted and guaranteed a response from the companion, even in a busy chat
  • Event triggers: Spend Credits to trigger special on-stream events --- mood changes, song requests, scene shifts, lore moments
  • Gifts and tips: Direct appreciation shown to the companion (she reacts to these)
  • Mission participation: Some missions require a Credit buy-in for higher-stakes rewards
  • Private chat access: One-on-one conversation time with the companion

Important: Credits buy access to interactions. They don't buy Aura. A viewer who spends a lot of Credits but sends lazy messages will unlock interactions but won't deepen their connection. Credits and Aura complement each other, but you can't substitute one for the other.

XP

XP tracks what viewers do. Every action --- chatting, completing missions, visiting the stream, participating in challenges --- earns XP. It's a simple running total that never decreases.

What XP is used for:

  • Viewer levels (cosmetic, but meaningful for status)
  • Badges and titles displayed in chat
  • Leaderboard rankings (activity-based)
  • Unlocking certain missions or challenges that require a minimum level

Missions

Missions are interactive tasks that give viewers a reason to engage in specific, creative ways. You can define them as a creator, or your companion can generate them dynamically during streams.

Examples:

  • "Tell Mia a story she hasn't heard before" (judged by the companion)
  • "Be the first to guess what song Echo is humming"
  • "Convince Rex that pineapple belongs on pizza"
  • "Visit Sage's stream 7 days in a row"
  • "Solve the riddle hidden in tonight's lore drop"

Missions can award XP, Credits, badges, special interactions, or just bragging rights. The best missions naturally produce the kind of genuine engagement that also builds Aura.

Rewards

Rewards are unlockable perks tied to Credit spend, XP levels, or mission completion:

  • Exclusive companion reactions and expressions
  • Custom greetings (the companion says your name in a special way)
  • Behind-the-lore reveals
  • Private chat time
  • Custom badges and roles visible in chat

Leaderboards

Leaderboards track top viewers across multiple metrics. They create friendly competition and a sense of status within the community.

  • Credits spent: Top supporters
  • XP earned: Most active
  • Missions completed: Challenge masters
  • Aura level: Deepest connections (optional, privacy settings available)
  • Days visited: Loyalty streaks

Your companion can reference the leaderboard naturally: "Look who's back --- our number one regular. You've been here more than me, and I literally live here."

Revenue tips

  1. Build regulars, not numbers. 20 dedicated viewers who spend Credits every session are worth more than 200 passive watchers.
  2. Make Credit spend feel rewarding. Viewers should feel like they got something meaningful --- a real response, a memorable moment.
  3. Use missions to drive engagement loops. A well-designed mission gives viewers a reason to come back tomorrow.
  4. Stagger your rewards. Don't give everything away at once. Aura tiers naturally create this staggering.
  5. Multistream for maximum reach. Every additional platform is a new audience funnel at no extra runtime cost.
  6. Create moments worth clipping. Clips spread on social media and bring new viewers.
