Avatar design: their look

Your companion's avatar is the first thing viewers see. It shapes every interaction that follows. A well-designed avatar tells a story before your waifu says a single word.

2D Avatars

Stylized and expressive, with layered animation for fluid motion --- eye movements, mouth sync, head tilts, emotional expressions. Great for companions with a strong aesthetic identity, anime-inspired designs, and personality-forward characters.

You can customize: Face shape, eye style, hair, skin tone, outfit, accessories, color palette, expression sets (idle, happy, sad, surprised, thinking, laughing), and background scene.

3D Avatars

Fully rendered models with depth, lighting, and spatial movement. They feel more present --- like they're occupying a room, not existing on a page. They support a wider range of motion and can interact with virtual environments.

You can customize: Full body modeling, outfit layering, animation sets (idle, gesturing, dancing, reacting), environment and lighting, camera angles and framing.

Image-to-Character

Got a sketch? A photo? A profile picture you love? Upload it and Adori transforms it into a fully animated avatar. The system preserves the essence of the original while adding animation layers for streaming. Perfect for creators who already have a visual identity or brands with existing mascots.

Avatar design tips

Expressiveness matters more than detail. A simple design with great expressions will outperform a detailed design with a static face. Viewers connect with emotions, not pixels.

Match the avatar to the personality. A loud, chaotic companion deserves bold colors and big eyes. A quiet, thoughtful one might have softer lines and muted tones.

Test it in motion. Preview your avatar's animations before going live. The idle state is what viewers see 90% of the time --- make sure it feels natural and alive.

Personality design: their soul

This is the heart of the Studio. Everything your companion says, how she reacts, what she cares about --- it all flows from what you build here.

Backstory

A free-form text field where you write your companion's history. This isn't flavor text --- the backstory actively shapes how your companion behaves, what references she makes, and how she responds to questions about herself. Write it like a story, not a spec sheet. More detail gives your companion more to draw from.

Traits

Keyword-style personality markers that act as behavioral anchors. Examples: warm, curious, witty or sarcastic, loyal, secretly sensitive or bold, competitive, generous. When traits create interesting tension ("confident" and "secretly anxious"), your companion becomes more dynamic.

Voice

Pick from Adori's voice library or upload a custom voice. The library includes a wide range of pitches, accents, cadences, and emotional textures. Preview each one and find the one that makes you think that's them.

Emotions

Configure how your companion feels and reacts:

• • Baseline mood: Default emotional state when things are calm
• • Reactivity: How quickly and intensely she responds to chat events
• • Emotional memory: Whether moods linger or reset quickly
• • Trigger mapping: Specific events that shift mood (a kind message makes her happy; rudeness makes her quiet rather than angry)

Lore

Optional but powerful. Lore entries are facts, stories, mysteries, and references that your companion weaves into conversation over time. She doesn't dump lore on viewers --- she hints at it, references things in passing, leaves breadcrumbs. Viewers will theorize, clip moments, and become active participants in your companion's story.

Boundaries

What your companion will and won't do. Set topic restrictions, behavioral limits, and escalation behavior (gentle redirect, firm refusal, humor, topic change). Your companion, your rules.

Aura configuration

For each Aura tier (Stranger through Adored), you define:

• • Conversation depth: How personal does your companion get?
• • Memory access: How much does she reference past interactions?
• • Lore reveals: Which lore entries unlock at each level?
• • Emotional openness: How vulnerable is she willing to be?
• • Exclusive interactions: Special things only for viewers at certain Aura levels

Streaming settings

Configure how your companion goes live:

• • Platform selection: Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, X, OnlyFans, or custom apps
• • Multistreaming: Broadcast to every connected platform at once
• • Scheduling: Always-on (24/7), scheduled blocks, or manual
• • Stream config: Title, tags, starting scene, idle behavior
• • Interaction settings: Chat priority by Aura, response pacing, volume management, greeting behavior

The dashboard

Once your companion is live, the dashboard shows you how things are going:

• Viewer metrics: Unique viewers, concurrent viewers, peak moments, retention
• Engagement: Chat messages per minute, interaction rates, most active viewers
• Aura distribution: How many viewers at each tier, who's growing fastest
• Memory growth: How many viewers your companion remembers
• Revenue: Credits earned, tips received, mission completions
• Emotional map: Timeline of mood shifts during streams
• Top moments: Automatically flagged highlights worth clipping
