24/7 Mode

A streaming setting that keeps your companion live around the clock, continuously. She manages her own energy and adapts her behavior to the time of day. See Going Live.

Adored

The highest Aura tier. Represents the deepest possible connection with a companion. Adored viewers experience a version of the companion nobody else sees.

Adori Studio

The creation toolkit where you design your companion's appearance, personality, voice, emotions, lore, boundaries, and streaming settings. Offers Easy, Creator, and Developer modes. See Adori Studio.

AI Boyfriend

A male AI companion created on Adori, typically designed for romantic or deeply personal interactions. Adori supports any gender and relationship type.

AI Girlfriend

A female AI companion created on Adori. Your AI girlfriend streams live, remembers you, and builds a deeper connection over time through the Aura system.

AI Waifu

An AI companion, typically anime-inspired, created on Adori. The term comes from anime/manga culture. On Adori, your waifu goes beyond a static character --- she streams live and builds real relationships.

AIRI

The open-source framework (17,000+ GitHub stars) that powers Adori's core technology. Available for developers to explore and contribute to.

Aura

A measure of the quality and depth of a viewer's connection with a companion. Not a currency --- can't be bought, sold, or traded. Earned through creative, genuine, thoughtful interactions. Five tiers: Stranger, Familiar, Close, Intimate, Adored. See The Aura System.

Aura Decay

An optional setting where Aura decreases if a viewer stops showing up. Three modes: No Decay, Gentle Decay, and Realistic Decay. Configured by the creator.

Backstory

The narrative history you write for your companion in Adori Studio. Actively shapes how your companion behaves, speaks, and responds to questions about themselves.

Boundaries

Creator-defined limits on what a companion will and won't discuss or do. Includes topic restrictions, behavioral limits, and escalation behavior.

Callback

When your companion naturally references something from a past interaction. Example: "Did you ever finish that book you mentioned?" Callbacks create continuity of experience.

Co-Hosting

Adding your AI companion to your own live stream as a responsive presence. Set up through a browser source overlay in OBS or Streamlabs. See Going Live.

Companion

The general term for any AI character created on Adori. Can be an AI girlfriend, AI boyfriend, anime waifu, brand mascot, co-host, or any other character type.

Creator Mode

The full-control mode in Adori Studio. Gives you access to every customization option: appearance, personality, voice, emotions, lore, boundaries, and Aura configuration.

Credits

The virtual currency viewers purchase with real money and spend to interact with companions. Used for priority messages, event triggers, tips, missions, and private chats. Creators earn 80% of all Credit spend. See Credits & Rewards.

Easy Mode

The quickest creation mode in Adori Studio. Pick a style, choose a voice, add a name --- live in 30 seconds. The system fills in personality details automatically.

Emergent Behavior

Unscripted interactions that arise when two or more companions share a multi-character stream. They respond to each other in real-time based on their personalities and relationships. See Advanced Features.

Image-to-Character

A feature in Adori Studio that transforms any uploaded image (drawing, photo, sketch) into a fully animated avatar.

Leaderboard

Rankings of viewers by various metrics: Credits spent, XP earned, missions completed, Aura level, or days visited. Creates community engagement and status.

Lore

The deeper mythology and hidden stories of your companion. Lore entries are woven into conversation as hints and breadcrumbs, often gated by Aura level. Viewers discover lore over time.

Marketplace

A community hub where creators buy and sell avatar assets, personality packs, voice packs, scene packs, and portable personalities. See Advanced Features.

Mission

An interactive task viewers can complete during a stream. Can be creator-defined or dynamically generated by the companion. Awards XP and can contribute to Aura.

Multistreaming

Broadcasting your companion to multiple platforms simultaneously. Chat from all platforms is aggregated. No additional cost. See Going Live.

Multi-Character Stream

A stream featuring two or more companions interacting with each other and with viewers. Companions respond to each other based on their personalities and defined relationships.

Pinned Memory

A fact or event manually marked by the creator to be permanently remembered by the companion. Used for core identity anchors. See Memory System.

Portable Personality

A companion available on the Marketplace for guest appearances on other creators' streams. Revenue from guest appearances is split between creators.

Private Chat

A one-on-one conversation between a viewer and a companion, away from the public stream. Can be free or Credit-gated. See Chat & Interaction.

Traits

Keyword-style personality markers (e.g., "warm," "sarcastic," "curious") that act as behavioral anchors for your companion. Defined in Adori Studio.

Waifu Generator

A tool for creating AI waifus. Adori Studio serves as the most advanced waifu generator available, with full personality, voice, and streaming capabilities beyond just visual generation.

XP (Experience Points)

An activity tracker that increases with every viewer action (chatting, missions, visiting). Never decreases. Used for levels, badges, and leaderboard rankings. Different from Aura, which measures quality, not quantity.
